Cancellations - Payments

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the accommodation and the selected rate. The applicable policy will always be clearly stated at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.

In general, the Company offers the following booking options:

Flexible Rate
This option allows free cancellation up to a specified period before arrival, as indicated in the booking confirmation. If the cancellation occurs after the free cancellation period, cancellation fees may apply according to the terms of the selected accommodation.

Non-Refundable Rate
This option requires full prepayment at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, no refunds will be issued if the client voluntarily decides to shorten or terminate the stay before the scheduled departure date.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In the event that the reserved accommodation cannot be occupied due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of the same or higher standard, at no additional cost to the guest.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), any personal data provided by the guest will be processed and stored securely by the Company solely for the purpose of managing reservations, providing accommodation services, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with guests.

Guests have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the deletion of their personal data, as well as the right to object to or limit its processing, in accordance with applicable law. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the provision of the services.

Certain personal details may be shared with competent authorities, as required by Greek law for accommodation providers.
